Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Secondary

• At least 3 years

• S.S.C any relevant subject from any recognised institution. (Preferably Vocational in Electro-mechanical will be given preference).

• Minimum 03 years of working experience in Generator, sub-station servicing and maintenance.

• Operation and maintenance of various types of electro-mechanical item as like as generator, sub-station etc.

• Have good knowledge of High tension( H.T) Panel, Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR), High tension Switch gear, Transformer, Low tension (L.T) panel, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) panel, Automatic Transfer Switch (A.T.S) and distribution board servicing and maintenance.

• Ability to work high pressure and tight deadlines while at the same time.

• Proactive, highly motivated and able to use initiative to a significant degree.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.

Job Purpose:

Ensure smooth functioning of Sub- station & Generator services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check the H.T panel, AVR, H T Switch gear, Transformer, L T panel, P F I panel, A.T.S & distribution board maintenance and operate.

• Monitoring DESCO line voltage.

• Check the battery charger, check and change the Lubricating oil.

• Check & stock fuel, check and change the Radiator water.

• Give all types of technical support to Aarong shop, Aarong plaza, Moghbazar, BU-IED, all rented houses of Niketon, BCDM Saver, all BLC, Tissue culture & all projects of BRAC.

• Check and change all types Generator filter, lube oil and sub-station equipment in due time.

• Check the battery charging condition of the generator.

  Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. 

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
