∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ At least 06 years of banking experiences including 03 years in GB/In-charge. Having experience in Credit & Foreign Exchange will be added value.
∎ Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
∎ Sound computer literacy is mandatory.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude while dealing with others.

∎ The Premier Bank PLC. is currently having 67 sub-branches besides 136 branches across the country and intends to expand its network across the country with more sub-branches to meet its corporate objectives/goals vis-à-vis brings unbanked people into Banking Channel in the country.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Managing overall affairs of the Sub-Branch
∎ • To ensure smooth operations and render quality customer services
∎ • Selling assets/liability products of the Bank
∎ • Team lead to optimize Sub-Branch profit
∎ • To ensure compliance banking to safeguard of Bank’s image
∎ • To ensure overall security and safety of Sub-Branch
∎ • Liaison with mother branch for any critical decision
∎ • Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management/Line Manager
