Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Student Visa Counselor for our study abroad sector at our Dhaka office to assist the students in the Admission and Visa process.
∎ Candidates with 2/3 years experience in education counseling for higher studies in the UK, Canada, USA, and Australia will be highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel and assist applicants with admission guidelines and documentation for applying to universities and visa
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
∎ Increasing selling by informing details to prospective students
∎ Must be able to meet monthly sales targets
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive, and hardworking
∎ Manage Daily Official works
∎ Must remain updated on different study-abroad options and destinations
∎ Prompt on any duties assigned by the Management
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules, and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Maintain Facebook page and queries and update them accordingly.
∎ Communicate with foreign universities/colleges/lawyers/agencies on behalf of the company.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Computer skills, Student Admission, Student Visa Processing, University Application

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
