Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist students with their whole admissions and visa procedure.
∎ Must have knowledge of student visas.
∎ Assist students with student visas.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues.
∎ It is regularly updated with the latest information for students.
∎ Managing all customer queries over the phone.
∎ In-depth knowledge about the Job.
∎ Counseling Students and guardians over the phone about the admission procedures of foreign universities.
∎ Counseling Clients for their immigration process, guiding them with correct information and drawing customers to the office.
∎ Regularly stay connected with prospective customers.
∎ Maintain Facebook page and queries update them accordingly.
∎ Communicate with foreign universities/colleges/lawyers/agencies on behalf of the company.
∎ Receive and reply to emails, and carry out marketing and promotions via online and offline advertisements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)
∎ Migration visa, student visa, and others.
∎ Student Admission, Student Counseling, Student File Processing, Student Visa
∎ Processing, and studying abroad.
∎ Professional Level experience in business email correspondence and Computer
∎ literacy in Microsoft Office with good typing skills. Job Responsibilities
∎ To consult with students and guardians over the phone about the admission and
∎ the procedure of foreign universities
∎ Managing all customer queries over the phone
∎ Creating and Managing Customers, maintaining visitors' Database, and regular
∎ follow-up
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face •
∎ Maintain Facebook page and queries.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Communicate with foreign universities/colleges on behalf of the company.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply to emails, and carry out marketing and promotions via online and
∎ newspaper advertisements.
∎ Assist students with their whole admissions & visa procedure
∎ Perform any task assigned by the management
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
