• Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study in UK / Australia / Newzealand / Japan / South Korea / EUROPE, admission requirements, visa processing and career pathways.

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

• Lead and mentor the counselling team, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide the necessary support to achieve goals.

• Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays and visa applications.

• Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.
