Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students over the phone and in person
Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about study abroad programs
Assist students with applications, documentation, and related processes
Maintain student records and ensure regular communication
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills in English
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Word, etc.)
