∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ •Advise students on university options, course selection, and career paths
∎ •Assist with university and visa applications
∎ •Communicate with international university representatives
∎ •Organize education fairs, seminars, and student orientations
∎ •Track and follow up with leads using CRM tools
∎ •Support students in interview preparation, SOP writing, and IELTS training (if applicable)
∎ Educational Qualifications:
∎ ·Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, English, or International Relations)
∎ ·Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory
∎ Experience:
∎ ·0–1 years for entry-level roles (Training often provided)
∎ ·1–3 years for senior or counseling roles
∎ ·Experience in student visa processing, university applications, or customer service is a big advantage
∎ Language & Communication:
∎ ·Fluent in English and Bangla (writing & speaking) – IELTS/TOEFL knowledge is a plus
∎ ·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ ·Ability to write professional emails and SOPs (Statement of Purpose)
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ ·Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
∎ ·Familiarity with CRM tools, university portals, and application platforms (like UCAS, Common App, ApplyBoard)
∎ ·Basic internet research and documentation skillsKnowledge & Attributes
∎ ·Knowledge of admission processes, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements (like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe)
∎ ·Counseling and guiding students with course/university selection
∎ ·Must be patient, responsible, organized, and student-focused
∎ ·Willingness to learn about frequent changes in international education system
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ ·Sales or marketing experience (preferred for target-based roles)
∎ ·Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ ·Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
∎ ·High ethical standards – handling sensitive student information responsibly
