Responsibilities & Context:
BESI Private Limited, a leading provider of Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programs, is seeking a dedicated Student Counselor to guide and counsel medical doctors interested in our Medical PGD Programs. The role involves providing accurate program information, career guidance, and support both over the phone and during in-person visits to our office.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel medical doctors regarding BESI’s Medical PGD Programs, admission process, and career benefits.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct office visits.
Maintain professional communication, ensuring clarity and confidence in program details.
Assist doctors with the application process, required documents, and enrollment procedures.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
Keep accurate records of leads, communications, and admissions using the company’s tracking system.
Collaborate with the academic and admissions team to provide updated program information.
Represent the company professionally during office visits and events.
