Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Student Counselor / Academic Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, coordinating academic activities, and ensuring smooth communication between students, faculty, and the administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide prospective students about available programs and career opportunities.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person/online meetings.
- Assist students with the application and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students.
- Prepare and manage class schedules and academic routines.
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure smooth delivery of classes and training.
- Maintain accurate student records and admission databases.
- Provide ongoing support to students throughout their academic journey.
- Contribute to student engagement and retention initiatives.
