Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert advice to student’s on applying for study visa to South Korea & Japan.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients, sub-agents, and other organizations to answer questions and track application progress.
∎ Review student’s eligibility based on visa requirements and guide them accordingly.
∎ Hold counselling sessions to help students select the right study programs and universities abroad.
∎ Plan and participate in events, seminars, and information sessions to promote services.
∎ Keep records of students' information secure and ensure data privacy.
∎ Offer excellent customer service, and follow up with students.
∎ Maintain professional communication with partner universities and stay informed about visa rules, procedures, and updates.
