Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 35 years
Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
Experience in dealing with students for Malta, Cyprus, Greece, India, Italy, or any European country will get priority.
Responsibilities & Context
Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to present available opportunities.
Clearly communicate the value of our university programs and the comprehensive support services offered.
Manage the full admissions lifecycle, including eligibility assessment, documentation guidance, application, and interview preparation.
Handle inbound enquiries and leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective conversion.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions within the system.
Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets through structured outreach and consistent engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and regularly update client records.
Assist clients with documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle the end-to-end admission process efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Manage university applications, scholarship requests, interviews, and visa documentation.
Participate in education fairs to represent the organization.
Ensure all students and guests feel welcome and valued during the events.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by management to support the organization`s objectives.
