• Age 22 to 35 years

• Excellent communication and counseling skills.

• Strong English & Bangla proficiency (spoken & written).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet Browsing).

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Quick learner with positive attitude and teamwork mentality.

• Previous experience/proven success in education consultancy will be an advantage.

1. Counsel students regarding higher study opportunities abroad.

2. Assist students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses.

3. Guide students through admission and application procedures.

4. Provide information about visa requirements and documentation.

5. Maintain regular communication with students and parents.

6. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

7. Coordinate with universities and internal teams for application processing.

8. Maintain accurate student records and reports.
