∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively. Must be presentable and good in English.
∎ Must have knowledge on Microsoft word, Power point and Excel.
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking qualifications, eligibility of the applicants, following destination countries, admission and visa application processing system.
∎ Accept applications from clients as per the destination country checklist. Ability to handle telephone, hotline, e-mail and social media inquiries.
∎ Creating and managing customers, maintaining visitors' database, and regular follow-up. Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine an effective solution.
∎ Video making, content create.
∎ Communication ability for overseas institutes.
