Advertising Agency, Media Planning/ Media Buying
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and lead on-boarding Strategy Call with clients to set overall plan
∎ Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for clients
∎ In communication with clients with updates on campaign, progress, goals, and strategy
∎ Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
∎ Measure ROI and KPIs and make necessary strategy adjustments if needed
∎ Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
∎ Request, review/approve & manage creative assets from creative team for all campaigns
∎ Monitor competition for each client and provide suggestions for improvement
∎ Stay innovative in strategy and creative for all client accounts
∎ Attend weekly meetings with Ad Manager & Marketing Manager to ensure accounts are always successful
∎ Play an integral part in overall success of team and take responsibility.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management and Supervisor.
∎ Results (Expected Accomplishments)
∎
∎ Increase in client results (CPL, CPA, ROI, etc.) due to added high-level strategic support
∎ Increased client retention
∎ Increased innovation on all client accounts via strategy, messaging, creatives, and more.
∎ Remove Marketing Manager from the strategic and creative tactical responsibilities.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing
∎
∎ A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the company
∎ Expert level Facebook and digital marketing strategy knowledge
∎ Very organized and loves utilizing project management tools
∎ Ability to be on all of the team strategic meeting calls
∎ Amazing communication and time management skills
∎ Attention to detail and a love for marketing
∎ Ability to handle potential high-pressure situations with clients and/or their accounts
∎ Flexible to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
∎ Work experience in an advertising agency as a strategic planner will get preference
∎ Must be able to work for long hours & Ability to meet DEADLINE
∎ Must be detail oriented & Should have a keen eye to find errors on the process flow
∎ Ability to work independently
∎
Salary: Negotiable
