Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients.
∎ Take brief from client, preparing the proposal presentation and doing the pitching to the client.
∎ Strong on report, layout, design, and latest event, activation issues.
∎ Generating new ideas and plan for new or existing event or project.
∎ Analyze future plan & coordinate with team members, clients and interested parties.
∎ To undertake any other tasks and duties within the scope and grade of the post.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes.
∎ Research and plan creative approach by familiarizing themselves with the clients' product, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
∎ Must have to be an expert of result oriented media buying in various social media platform and google.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 02 Year+ in Digital Marketing Agency .
∎ Extreme Extrovert, who enjoy talking to people and exploring options.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Both English & Bangla).
∎ Copy writing for including print, web, mobile, video, and social media.
∎ Advanced PowerPoint Skill.
∎ Excellent Negotiation Skill.
∎ Strong commitment for work.
∎ Able to predict the market pattern and adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ A good sense of aesthetics.
