Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in BBA/Accounting/Pharmacy/Science).

• Training or certification in inventory/store management will be an added advantage.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• 5 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.

• Good knowledge of inventory software (e.g., ERP, SAP) and MS Office applications.

• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated locations.

• Issue materials as per production requisitions and maintain proper documentation.

• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications.

• Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) as per GMP requirements.

• Maintain FIFO and FEFO practices in all store operations.

• Liaise with the procurement and production teams for smooth coordination.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and relevant regulatory guidelines.
