Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintenance & operation of stores in multi unit woven Garments Factories.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ Receive store materials (Fabric, Accessories, etc) from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Distribute store materials (Fabric, Accessories, etc) to garments Units as per requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus property.
∎ Prepare monthly stock report regularly.
∎ Maintain store ledger properly
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and maintain required MIS.
∎ Liaison with Merchandising, Commercial, Production, and other related dept/ Garments units.
∎ Supervise all store operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Follow up and lead all store personnel for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal & Compliance requirements.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead the fellow members.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 3-5 years Senior Managerial experience in a reputed and large Garments unit and Central Stores.
∎ Candidates having experience in storage facility and supply chain Management are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Typically requires Dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills.
∎ Technical Knowledge & know how required for Woven items
∎ To effectively co-ordinate and liaison with merchandisers.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & maintain good team environment.
Salary: Negotiable
