∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
∎ Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
∎ Examine the stock, disposal method of depreciated and obsolete stock following the GKs policy
∎ Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
∎ Respond the departmental requisitions and camp level into the inventory management system
∎ Carry out minor maintenance or repair of storeroom material
∎ Provide detailed reports on departmental charges as required
∎ Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
∎ Keep appropriate documentation of materials and supplies issued
∎ Responsible for the preparation of work orders for equipment repairs
∎ Preserve records, paperwork's and prepare related reports in digital or manual format
∎ Following the SOP (standard Operating Procedure) for store management and inventory systems for GK
∎
∎ Special Note
∎ Carry out any additional assignment in accordance with her/his position entrusted by the Medical Team Leader of GK from time to time and mutually agreed upon;
∎ Management may, at any point of time, modify this job description as it is deemed necessary in Gonoshastha Kendra's interests in consultation with incumbent.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in management/ Accounting /B.Pharm or any other relevant field from any govt. recognized university.
∎ At least 1-year Prior experience in supply chain management /store management is essential
