Prior experience as a Store Keeper or similar role in an educational Organization is preferable.
MS Office and good in Bangla & English Typing.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily store operations. Receive, store and issue of all fixed and expendable materials procured/obtained by the university authority.
Should be able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores.
Day to day check on the storage facilities.
Checking the supplies from time to time
Maintain all files, register, voucher, issue orders, invoice, bills and other necessary documents related to receive, preservation and issue of store.
Generate monthly in/out, inventory and stock report / reconciliation statement.
Remind higher authority about the future requirement of store beforehand.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and compliance in the store area.
