Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)

• B. Com/ M. Com degree (Honor’s/ master’s in accounting or finance is preferable)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age 20 to 35 years

• 3 years (Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Store In-Charge position)       

• Having good knowledge in Microsoft Office      

• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry will get preference.

One Pharma Limited is looking for a reliable, honest & dedicated Store In-charge who will be responsible for looking after overall depot store activities effectively & efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arranging timely receives of incoming products from any sender Organization/Warehouse/Depot Office, through proper checking of batch, quantity & physical conditions and maintain documentation properly.

• Arranging and supervising dispatch related activities like as checking, sorting, stamping, packing, stacking, and loading properly for timely delivery.        

• Performing return and replacement related activities correctly and ensure record keeping.        

• Monitoring the activities of Delivery Assistant to ensure on time delivery, control delivery bill, ensure customers received invoice and proper route selection. 

• Ensuring proper storing and arrangement of the products in store as per guidelines of SOPs and GSP.

• Preparing inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and ensure optimal space utilization of the warehouse, along with safety, security, and compliance.

• Ensuring the stock movement strictly by following batch, First Expiry First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO) basis.

• Preparing damage and expire inventory reports as well as proper storing, documentation keeping as per guideline of GSP.

• Ensuing on time delivery of Promotional items to the field colleagues.

• Maintaining the records and files for which Store in­ Charge is the custodian as per documentation and archiving guidelines.
