Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master in any subject from any recognized University.
∎ Diploma/ Certificate in supply chain management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Past experience of warehouse management software or relevant ERP system
∎ The candidate should be responsible for entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory system.
∎ Stock controlling and keep management informed as and when required.
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks are properly received, material inventory recorded and checked with each order /style/merchandisers.
∎ To ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order.
∎ To ensure maintaining the store housekeeping.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Maintain operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound &outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
∎ A monitor warehouse activity to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Prompt knowledge on ERP Software.
∎ Must know computer operating excel & mailing.
∎ Must have good computer skills and able to operate inventory software.
∎ Able to prepare reports in computer.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in store.
Salary: Negotiable
