∎ Good speaking and writing command in both Bangla and English
∎ Skilled in creative writing
∎ Sound in digital media technology using
∎ Skilled in digital media content creation
∎ Enabled with qualified digital literacy
∎ Equipped with up-to-date knowledges and command of computer skills
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team
∎ Psychologically prepared to work under pressure
∎ Proficiency in video editing software.
∎ Shoot photos and video as needed to tell stories in multiple ways.
∎ Applicant should have good voice for making news story.
∎ Utilize social media for reporting and story promotion Ability to perform other digital duties as needed.
