·       Ability to supervise and monitoring physically in site of Interior Project in Dhaka or anywhere in Bangladesh.    

·       Need to have the ability to operate multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Have aspiration/capability to solve critical problems.

·       Need to have good communication skills.

·       Communicate with labor, vendors and contraction and collaborate their work according to design instruction.

·       To have sharp knowledge in architectural drawing & Structural design·      

·       Ability to read 2D & 3D design with dimension, ensure construction work as per design.

·       Set priority of work, create and provide instant site requisition based on site demand.

·       Provide daily site updates and deliver instructions for next day's work.

·       Documentation and provide labor attendance, TA/DA, and vendor bill.

·       Preparing work schedule and master schedule.     

·       Tracking and analyzing project performance and cost performance.       

·       Monitoring the progress of the Project and discussing with the superior to take corrective measures if necessary.     

·       Coordinating with the Site Planning Engineers in order to develop and monitor one month look ahead program in accordance with company internal procedures.    

·       Collecting necessary information from site and prepare the required Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
