∎ Flexibility to handle varied and demanding tasks and ability to balance priorities.
∎ Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team, and to be flexible to accommodate the needs of stakeholders.
∎ Ability to lead the assignment and the team with remote supervision.

∎ Job Context: BLAST is a leading national legal aid and human rights organization providing legal advice, mediation, and litigation services, and undertaking advocacy to ensure the rights of women, men, and children living in poverty or facing discrimination/social exclusion. BLAST works through its Head Office in Dhaka and 25 District-level Offices with 2600+ panel lawyers and 100+partner organizations.BLAST is seeking an SRHR Coordinator for “Improving Access to Rights-based Reproductive Health Services in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh” (CRR funded). The project aims to provide legal services - legal literacy, legal advice, information, referral, mediation, and where appropriate litigation in Rohingya Camps to ensure access to justice for individuals in the community.
