Experience:
With Valid BMDC Registration from any Govt. Recognized medical college and university.
Minimum three years experience of implementing and supervising comprehensive reproductive health care (ANC, PNC, FP, BEmONC programs, preferably in humanitarian settings.
An MPH degree will get an extra Priority
Work Experience:
Experience in sexual and reproductive health programs, community health, or related fields.
Field experience in health service delivery and community engagement.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of sexual and reproductive health issues, including family planning, STIs, maternal health, and gender issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community outreach and education.
Ability to train and mentor healthcare providers and community health workers.
Analytical and Evaluation Skills:
Experience in monitoring and evaluation of SRH programs.Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
Advocacy and Policy Knowledge:
Understanding of health policies related to sexual and reproductive health at local, national, and international levels.Experience in advocacy and working with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Cultural Sensitivity:
Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural contexts and address the needs of various populations.
Languages:
Proficiency in local languages may be required, depending on the geographic area of work
Job Purpose:
This job aims to provide programmatic support in managing the SRHR program to improve the quality of care and coordinate Sexual Reproductive Health and Gender-based violence integration as part of the Sexual Reproductive Health program of Gonoshasthaya Kendra, Cox’s Bazar and Bhasan Char. Establish strong coordination with the UNHCR public health team, SRHWG, and different stakeholders under direct guidance from the Health Team of the GK-UNHCR Project. The incumbent is expected to provide a substantive contribution to the planning, implementation, management, coordination, and monitoring of humanitarian preparedness and close response activities targeting the Rohingya refugee community of Cox’s Bazar and Bhasanchar.
