Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Collaborate with senior management team to set sales goals and forecast future sales performance.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs.
∎ Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance to achieve their targets.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Identify and peruse new business opportunities by establishing relationship with potential customers and principles.
∎ Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
∎ Monitor sales performance and marketing metrics to access the effectiveness of strategies.
∎ Provide regular report and analysis to the management team, identifies areas to improvement.
∎ Coordinates with principles to meet customer demands.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and transactions for reporting and auditing purpose.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
