Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and salon partners.
  • Plan and execute monthly sales targets and marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback.
  • Manage product visibility and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate closely with the management team to optimise sales performance.
