Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and salon partners.
- Plan and execute monthly sales targets and marketing activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback.
- Manage product visibility and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate closely with the management team to optimise sales performance.
