Proven working experience in the Reservation & Ticketing Department.
Excellent knowledge of Amadeus, and Galileo, sabre
Know issues, reissues, and refunds.
Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
An outgoing, confident, and energetic personality.
Must have to be experience with air ticketing software GDS.
Manage a team of reservation officers to ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer bookings and inquiries.
Take work reports from junior officers and provide necessary feedback.
Conduct daily analysis of market competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies accordingly.
Train and mentor reservation officers to enhance their skills and knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices.
Oversee the reservation process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments such as customer service, sales, and finance to optimize reservation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare structures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
Analyse reservation data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for operational efficiency and profitability.
Provide comprehensive assistance to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, connections, and travel documentation issuance.
Issue tickets and other travel documents.
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and addressing any special needs or concerns throughout their travel journey.
Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management when necessary.
