• Owning a motorcycle is preferred

• Selling electric Rickshaw accessories will get advantage

• Must be willing to travel and work in the field

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Execute sales activities in the assigned territory for auto rickshaw chargers 

• Appoint and manage new dealers and retailers 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare sales reports and submit to management

• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers

• Responsible for achieving sales targets across 4 to 6 district

• Manage and monitor dealer/distributor network.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.

• Conduct market visits regularly to build and maintain relationships.

•  Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Identify and recruit new dealers to expand the business.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

• Execute company sales strategies in the assigned areas.
