∎ We`re looking for a committed & performance driven candidate who will collect market information on assigned products and analyse competitors activities in order to develop strategy for promotion and positioning.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To gather market intelligence by developing an effective network, sources and reports.
∎ To be thoroughly acquainted with the chemistry, usage, application and safety of the assigned products.
∎ To prepare and monitor marketing/promotional plans & keep update about competitors' prices and strategies.
∎ To prepare yearly sales budget & ensure the top line and average business GP for assigned products.
∎ To prepare monthly report on the assigned products, explaining variance over budget & competitors activities.
∎ To visit market to assess the performance of ACI as well as the competitors & formulate strategies as required.
∎ To be on the lookout for new molecules and negotiate to get their distribution and marketing rights.
∎ To analyze competitors strategies, market situations and trends in order to modify our strategies.
∎ To develop cost effective and creative packaging materials of assigned products.
∎ To generate innovative ideas of product diversification for future requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 2 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Preferably work experience in FMCG, Electronics, Mobile Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Orientation with Events & Activation will be added advantage.
