Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A well-reputed Pharmaceuticals Company (Animal Health Division) are looking for enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and energetic candidates as Product Executive/ Sr. Product Executive / Assistant Manager (Fisheries & Aquaculture - PMD) for the mentioned positions who will contribute to our business expansion needs.
∎ Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback.
∎ Design and allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products.
∎ Undertake all activities regarding new product launching.
∎ Co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management.
∎ Generate new ideas for developing promotional materials for assigned products.
∎ Formulate annual budget for assigned products.
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference.
∎ Frequently doctor and field visit for the field development.
∎ Train the field force on assigned products.
