∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Workshop Management, CNG Conversion, Hybrid Automibile, workshop servicing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend Auto service complains and ensure perfect servicing of customer vehicle
∎ Complete service cycle of each complain within standard time frame to ensure customer delight
∎ Conduct Automated Vehicle Inspection or Manual Vehicle Inspection to identify nature of the problem
∎ Provide timely job report to the customer and conduct Service Testing to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Recommend appropriate Auto Spare parts replacement to resolve fitness complain
∎ Enhance Auto Service corporate foot-holds to increase Auto service revenue
∎ Prepare solid customer database to support management decisions.
∎ Responsible for overall administration of the Retail Outlet
