Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accounting and Information system/Finance or related subject from a reputed and recognized University.
  • CACC from a reputed CA firm is mandatory.

Skills Required: Fund Management,General Accounts,Income Tax

Additional Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of Core Banking Software/Core Financial Software.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare all kinds of financial statements and reports that are related with day to day business operations.
  • Perform month end and year financial closing activities.
  • Ensure proper accounting record in ERP software system.
  • Keep update record of regular income statement, Ledger, Journal and balance sheet of the concern in a synchronized manner.
  • Monitor daily fund positions across all bank accounts.
  • Ensure adequate liquidity for payments and operational needs.
  • Prepare and update fund forecasts and cash flow statements.
  • Optimize fund utilization to reduce idle funds and borrowing costs.
  • Coordinate with banks to manage short-term and long-term financing.
  • Prepare and verify supporting documents for RTGS transactions on time.
  • Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receipts, payments, and transfers.
  • Prepare periodic bank reconciliation reports for internal and audit purposes.
  • Manage fixed deposits, overdrafts, bank guarantees, and other treasury instruments.
  • Assist in negotiating banking terms, interest rates, and charges.
  • Develop well-structured funding proposals, project reports, and related financial documents.
