Education: - Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accounting and Information system/Finance or related subject from a reputed and recognized University.
- CACC from a reputed CA firm is mandatory.

Additional Requirements: - Sound knowledge of Core Banking Software/Core Financial Software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Context: - Prepare all kinds of financial statements and reports that are related with day to day business operations.
- Perform month end and year financial closing activities.
- Ensure proper accounting record in ERP software system.
- Keep update record of regular income statement, Ledger, Journal and balance sheet of the concern in a synchronized manner.
- Monitor daily fund positions across all bank accounts.
- Ensure adequate liquidity for payments and operational needs.
- Prepare and update fund forecasts and cash flow statements.
- Optimize fund utilization to reduce idle funds and borrowing costs.
- Coordinate with banks to manage short-term and long-term financing.
- Prepare and verify supporting documents for RTGS transactions on time.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receipts, payments, and transfers.
- Prepare periodic bank reconciliation reports for internal and audit purposes.
- Manage fixed deposits, overdrafts, bank guarantees, and other treasury instruments.
- Assist in negotiating banking terms, interest rates, and charges.
- Develop well-structured funding proposals, project reports, and related financial documents.
