Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Group of Companies, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all bills regarding general ledgers and other relevant documents
∎ Process bills for payment in accordance with Company's laid down policies, procedures, and guidelines
∎ Process accounting vouchers by providing proper coding and posting into the system
∎ Assist to prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.) of the group on a regular basis as desired by the supervisor
∎ Maintain proper filling and record of all transactions and statements of the Group in a systematic manner
∎ Monitor deduction of VAT at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
∎ Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on the preparation of Accounts Reports considering VAT;
∎ Prepare VAT audit reports and handle professional VAT authorities individually.
∎ Prepare VAT challan; maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents;
∎ Deliver a full range of VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe;
∎ Provide innovative VAT planning and review complex VAT returns;
∎ Manage vat provision and VAT compliance process;
∎ Handle all customs and bond-related issues of the Company;
∎ VAT refund-related all documentation and conducting Audit against VAT refund claim in a timely manner;
∎ Perform all import-related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc;
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import;
∎ Any other activities as & when asked by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of ERP, general ledger, prepare financial statement taxation, VAT,
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill
∎ Large or multinational organization experience
