∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Finance and Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Multinational Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check and verify the vouchers and invoices.
∎ To maintain file and documents related to accounts department.
∎ To Prepare all payment voucher, posting to software and take approval from management.
∎ To Reconcile party ledger balance on monthly basis.
∎ To Prepare & maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
∎ To manage & oversee the daily operations of accounts & finance department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ To prepare Monthly salary sheet.
∎ To Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliations and report to management.
∎ To Prepare yearly financial sheets, balance sheets, Notes of profit & loss accounts.
∎ To perform any accounts related work assigned by the authority.
