Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and monitor daily e-commerce operations across the company’s website, marketplace, and social commerce channels.
Manage product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and stock availability.
Process and monitor customer orders from order placement to successful delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor website and marketplace performance, sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and customer issues.
Maintain accurate product, order, inventory, and sales-related data.
Support promotional campaigns, discounts, vouchers, and special offers across e-commerce channels.
· Monitor competitors, market trends, product pricing, and customer behavior.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complaints and service issues.
Prepare regular sales, order, inventory, and performance reports.
Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all e-commerce activities are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
