Education: - Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Requirements: Skills Required: Chartered Accountant,MS Office
Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for looking the statements of account of all suppliers and their payment.
- Sending bills and invoices to clients/Customers.
- Communicating with clients/Vendors regarding billing and payments.
- Utilize company provided database to organize financial site related account information.
- Perform internal site audits on financial activities as necessary.
- Day to day Financial Transaction.
- Managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
- Preparing financial reports and presenting it to the higher management.
- Preparing AIT/VAT documents and providing to the vendors. Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Perform site admin related activities and managing site related requirements.
- To prepare the overtime, holiday allowances, attendance, leave report etc.
- Monitoring company asset, keep records and utilize/issue as requirements.
- Responsible for Preparation Reconciliation report of warehouse stock Ensures all materials are received, inspected, stored, maintained and issued in a timely and compliant manner

- (c) Negotiation & Payment to Vendors, Suppliers
- (d) Book Closing & Reporting to HO
4.Client Relations
A.Client Invoicing & Follow Up
- (a)Invoicing Submission
- (b)Collection Follow Up
- (c)Client communication-Non Technical & Commercial Related
- (d)CD VAT Estimate etc.
B.Insurance & Claims
- (a)Submission of BG & Renewal as applicable
- (b)Insurances Formalities-EAR, Marine etc.
- (c)BG Custodian including Monitoring (Client & Contractors)
5.Audit, Taxation & Compliances
- (a)Ascertainment of Statutory Dues
- (b)Payment of Statutory Dues
- (c)Audit
6.Local Procurement, Admin and Facility Management
- (a)Facility Management-Accommodations, Vehicle, GH etc
- (b) Site Liaisoning.
- (c) Local Procurement
