Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Vehicle maintenance bill, Rent a car(rental) bill, Fuel bill of Car, fright & shipping line bill, Postage & courier bill.
∎ PO match of courier bill, internet bill, office rent, electricity, WASA bill, Mobile bill, Tracking bill, Fees & charge bill, Delivery bill, Export bill.
∎ Adjustment of Advance income TAX & TAX deduction at source salary
∎ AIT for the employee at National Board of Revenue bill, Personal withdrawn bill.
∎ Advertisement bill, sales promotional expenses & sponsor, business development expense, Motivation & other allowance, conveyance bill, Tour & traveling bill, overtime, night allowance bill, Air ticket & overseas tour package bill, and any other task assigned by HOD.
∎ Adjustment and Balance Confirmation and adjustment of various types of bills (Marketing, Audit, etc. Dept.) Salary adj. and balance confirmation.
∎ Responsible for validating invoices for all kinds of payment and bill validation entry in oracle EBS in AP module.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have completed or doing CA, CC are highly encouraged to apply.
