Job Context:
∎ DBL Group is a 100% export oriented leading Group of Companies. It has diversified industrial complexes equipped with numbers of Knit Composite Garment units, Fabrics and Yarn Dyeing, Finishing and All Over Printing, Spinning, Ceramics, Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
∎ This position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Merchandising. The incumbent will be act as a change agent to accelerate organizational development and overall transformation. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility
∎ Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience for Merchandiser and 4 years of relevant experience for Sr. Merchandiser in handling George/M&S, etc. Buyers requirement
∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirement independently
∎ Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving order to final shipment
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long term planner.
