Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Science (Agriculture/ Botany/ Zoology/ Soil Science etc).
∎ BSc/ BCom/ BA/ BBA or Diploma in Agriculture with one year relevant experience in seed or agriculture industry may also apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales and collection target as per set target by the business.
∎ Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies of the business.
∎ Update or report to supervisor about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ Build strong sales and marketing network in the segment of dealers, retailers & end users.
∎ Evaluate farmers, retailers & dealers performance by quarterly.
∎ Follow credit guideline as per company policy.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Develop personal contact with the important opinion leaders, government-officials , NGOs, trade and other important people of the society.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate with minimum two years of relevant experience may be offered as Senior Marketing Officer.
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle.
