Savor International Ltd., one of the leading exhibition organizers in Bangladesh’s MICE industry, is looking for an energetic, passionate, smart, and experienced professional on a full-time basis for its sales, marketing, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and executing the entire project lifecycle, starting from initial concept development through to successful delivery.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for exhibitions.
Identify new business opportunities, industry sectors, and high-value clients for participation and sponsorship.
Manage key B2B relationships to drive repeat business and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, KPIs, and team performance.
Lead negotiations and close high-value exhibitor, sponsor, and partnership deals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Support planning of floor layouts, visitor experience, and exhibitor engagement initiatives.
Manage pre-event, on-site, and post-event sales and marketing activities.
Oversee media partnerships, PR activities, and promotional collaborations.
Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams; conduct reviews, set KPIs, and provide training.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
Provide periodic reports and performance insights to management.
