Job Context

Savor International Ltd., one of the leading exhibition organizers of Bangladesh, is looking for energetic, passionate, smart and experienced professional on a full-time basis for its sales, marketing & operational activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for exhibitions and trade shows.

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry sectors for event participation and sponsorship.

  • Manage B2B client relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure sales targets are consistently met.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with exhibitors, sponsors, and advertising partners.

  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop branding materials, event visuals, and marketing collateral.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

  • Work closely with operations, production, and design teams to ensure event deliverables align with exhibitor and sponsor expectations.

  • Participate in planning the floor plan, visitor experience, and exhibitor engagement strategies.

  • Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event sales and marketing activities.

  • Oversee promotional partnerships, media tie-ups, and PR coverage for exhibitions.

  • Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams to improve performance, motivation, and productivity.

  • Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.

  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Prepare and manage annual sales and marketing budgets.

  • Monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency and ROI from marketing initiatives.

  • Provide periodic reports and performance analyses to the management.

  • Identify and implement new technologies and digital tools to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.

  • Introduce data-driven decision-making for targeting, pricing, and campaign optimization.

  • Benchmark against global exhibition standards to improve visitor experience and exhibitor satisfaction.

  • Other tasks assigned by the Management.
