Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans that align with the company's business objectives.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and use insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with revenue targets.
∎ Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
∎ Develop sales plans and strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, working closely with the sales team to identify target markets, sales channels, and pricing models
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and industry influencers
∎ Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints
