Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive communication strategy for corporate partners
∎ Create and distribute partner-focused content marketing communication
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate partners, and ensure that they receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
∎ Develop and maintain a database of partner contacts and communication preferences through CRM
∎ Collaborate with our product development teams to ensure that our partners are informed of new product features and releases and identify/develop new opportunities for collaboration
∎ Monitor and analyze partner feedback to identify areas for improvement in our communication and collaboration processes
∎ Work with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns and promotions that target our partners
∎ Attend conferences, events, and other industry-related gatherings to represent our company and build relationships with our partners
∎ Research, develop proposals, create workflows, SOPs, and guidelines
∎ Oversee different initiatives of the projects, monitor their progress and completion, and ensure the results, outcomes, and impact
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Strategic Communication plans to support learner engagement and participation
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with learner organizations, academic departments, and other stakeholders
∎ Create and manage communication materials such as newsletters, social media content, and event promotion materials
∎ Monitor and analyze learner engagement to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including learner affairs, marketing, and other departments, to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
∎ Manage budgets and timelines for communication campaigns and projects
∎ Supervise and mentor learner communication team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
