Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, focusing on B2C training. Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and identify target markets to inform strategy development
∎ Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, creative assets, and digital marketing initiatives across various platforms
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and use insights to inform product development and pricing strategies
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with revenue targets
∎ Develop sales plans and strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, working closely with the sales team to identify target markets, sales channels, and pricing models
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and industry influencers
∎ Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints
