SD team members work for the company during implementation and after go-live periods, while external consultants are only part of the implementation team.
∎ Their responsibility ends when the projects go-live. Consultants play a more important role than end/power users in the company because they are responsible for the implementation and system configuration based on business requirements, GAP analysis, improving processes, and looking for new opportunities/products.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and support Sales Processes from both system and manual business processes.
∎ Assist and support Shipping from both system and manual business processes.
∎ Handle and resolve Logistics issues.
∎ Credit Management.
∎ A/R Creation and validation issue management.
∎ Performs unit testing and integration testing to deliver high-quality solution.
∎ He / She transfers business process knowledge to the other team member.
∎ Primary contact for business partner for solutions in SD area.
∎ Translate business requirements into functional design.
∎ Create functional specification documents and partner with the development team to complete solution development.
∎ Price master creation.
∎ Preform stock transfer pre and post issues and consult with end-user .
∎ Sales order creation and validation support.
∎ The consultant conducts and facilitates workshops with business partners to gather requirements for complex business processes.
∎ She/he prepare the solution to meet business requirements.
∎ Provide functional specifications to developers to convert the requirements into a business solution.
∎ Deep knowledge of configuring Sales Orders, Purchase Requisitions, STOs, Release Strategy, Transfer Orders, Picking Strategy, Goods Movements, MRP, Price Master, Serial Number Management and Batch Management, Sales Info Records, Source List, EDI/IDoc.
∎ Module mapping.
∎ Understanding SD module to the extent that you are able to suggest process improvements.
∎ Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems.
∎ Cross module transaction check.
∎ Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for the development of business possibilities.
∎ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD.
∎ Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
∎ Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
∎ Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product Modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
∎ Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.
∎ Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
∎ Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze and solve software Problems.
∎ Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment, Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
∎ Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
∎ Document functional designs, test cases and results.
∎ Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
∎ Support End user for any business problem.
∎ Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
∎ Map client business requirements, processes and objectives.
∎ Develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
∎ Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
∎ Flexibility to travel and relocate according to business needs.
∎ Produce and/or collect data and performance reports for further analysis.
∎ Format and present reports to the organization (teams, BPO and management).
∎ Ensure legal compliance.
∎ Maintain documentation, procedures and methods of the Quality Improvement System.
∎ Implementation of recommendations, processes, activities, standards in his or her area.
∎ Prepare and conduct external and internal quality audits, including follow up activities.
∎ Prepare all budget related document and analysis.
∎ Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
∎ Document functional designs, test cases and results.
∎ Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
∎ Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
∎ Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
∎ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
∎ Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge of best practices and methods of application development.
∎ Basic knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Annual budgeting skill.
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English. Capable of working under pressure. Excellent problem-solving approach.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience in Ceramics industries will give preference.
∎ Good in English (Spoken & Writing).
∎ Product knowledge.
∎ Knowledge on product costing.
∎ Should well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
