Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Salesforce to provide effective sales leads to achieve the desired sales target assigned by the top management. Cooperate with team members to help them to enter into key markets.
∎ Generate own leads and prepare for own sales leads to close maximum referral to successful business generation.
∎ Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
∎ Regular market visit, data collection and analysis to support in determining product prices and discount rates by identifying customer needs and satisfaction and building network with customers.
∎ Manpower planning and team formation in order to reach the maximum potential market coverage.
∎ Give the sales team guidelines to manage customer relationships. Provide advice when preparing bid/tender documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.
∎ Presenting various information to the authority and management regarding market demand including policy, offer, pricing of new products.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite sales promotional activities (TVC, banner, PVC, signboard, billboard and media, periodic offers and annual offers).
∎ Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the organization, promoting strong client engagement, attraction and retention strategies.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Maintain cordial relations with all internal & external stakeholders and manage their expectations. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve business objectives, achieve sales target as per plan, drive profit and champion customer experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Automobile industry
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Have a good personality and a strong driving force.
∎ Positive, independent and honest
∎ Multitasking capability is required.
∎ MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
∎ Communication in English
∎ Good communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
