Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ ACA with minimum 3-5 years experience in reputed organization
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance, Business Planning and Budgeting, Cost and budget
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CA, Accounts and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing periodic financial statements including monthly product wise profitability, cash flow, variance analysis.
∎ Maintaining proper books of Accounts, cash book, bank reconciliation, monthly TDS statements,etc
∎ Making forecast and annual budget.
∎ Working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions.
∎ Performing internal audits.
∎ Advising and assisting preparation and maintenance of books of Accounts ie Ledger, cash book, voucher etc
∎ physical visit and quality control judgement of inventory and reporting.
∎ Making preparation of financial statement with compliance to applicable rules and regulations and general procedure.
∎ Review of budget and cash flow statement
∎ checking all internal control and advising on improvement.
∎ Daily report to the management in daily accounts status
∎ performing financial audit complying relevant IAS, ISA, IFRS.
