∎ Skills Required: Budgeting, Cost Management, Costing, Export/ Import through L/C, IFRS, VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

CAPEX, Corporate Finance, Cost and budget, Finance/ Accounts, IFRS, Inventory Manageemnt, Key Account Management, Plastic Industries, Polymer, Shipping
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Shipping, Shipyard, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis & Monthly Quarterly/yearly Financial Statement and report to management.
∎ Provides financial analysis and recommendations for management decision.
∎ Maintain accounting transactions in according to established accounting standards;
∎ Establish and enforce to maintain accounting principles, practices & procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements preparation & SAP software Experience
∎ Checking of Bank Payment, Receipt and journal Voucher through accounting software & check monthly cash/credit sales & collection.
∎ Monitor and supervise purchase related accounting activities such as suppliers bill provisioning, suppliers payments, advance adjustments, import monitoring and checking Landing cost related journals;
∎ Responsible for addressing the company's tax and VAT related correspondence organize and manage file of all documents.
∎ Establish Costing, Cost control & cost reduction procedures and budgeting & Budgetary Control
∎ Monitor and report on Fixed Assets of the company on quarterly/monthly basis as to opening, addition , disposal and closing of the assets;
∎ Monitor bank reconciliation, inter company reconciliation, bank loan position and bank charges including interest.
∎ Reconciliation of production, delivery and finished goods stock status of depot and plant;
∎ Capable in credit control and follow-up ageing report.
∎ Bank Financing arrangements arrangement, Communicate with Bank ,RISC , Gov. office liaison others authorities as per Law
∎ Costing analysis, product pricing, target costing of product of polymer/Pipe/Others plastics products as well as shipping manufacturing costing.
∎ Preparation Financial Feasibility & Analysis of Investments.
∎ Inventory management As per requirements of Management.
∎ Monitor & contact all importer, Lighter owner , Local party ,CNF , stevedore & others related parties for financial issues of the organization.
∎ Other accounts & Financial related task as assigned by Management.
∎ Raw material Consumption Reconciliation
∎ Monitoring Treasury Activities
∎ Monitoring CAPEX & Inventory Reconciliation.
