∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have auditing skills in manufacturing industry.
∎ Capability to do field work & standard report preparation.
∎ Maintain audit working papers and files systematically.
∎ Conduct pre-audit regularly as per pre-audit policy of the Group.
∎ To follow up on the implementation of the audit recommendation. Ensure that group internal control systems are running effectively & efficiently and risks are minimized to a tolerable level.
∎ Conducting half-yearly and annual physical inventory counting at factory warehouse and reconciling with received.
∎ Prepare an internal audit report and give better recommendations on identified lacking in the internal control procedure.
∎ Ensuring proper step has been taken to safeguard the assets of the company as directed.
∎ Conducting suspected physical cash verification of the whole group on quarterly/ half-yearly/ annually.
∎ Preparing inventory reconciliation statement on received quantity between store & accounts record.
∎ Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are fully compiled.
∎ Check and review the Tax and Vat issue related to the transaction. Verify rate and procurement procedure.
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisitions and daily transactions.
∎ Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher.
∎ Other activities when as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ M.Com/M.B.A in Accounting with CA (CC)/ ICMAB (Inter) course completed.
∎ Minimum 15 years experience needed in relevant field.
